Since November 3rd, we’ve been collecting non-perishable items for one of our local food banks, and thanks to your generosity, The Good Shepherd Center picked up over 300 items yesterday!

We’re still collecting through tomorrow (11/21), so there’s still time to donate and make a difference. Thank you for helping us support our community! 🫶🥫

Here’s your friendly reminder: Brushing harder doesn’t mean cleaner teeth. In fact, scrubbing too hard can actually wear down enamel and irritate your gums. Use gentle, circular motions and let the toothbrush do the work! Don't forget to come and see your dentist and dental hygienist!

Honoring Lincoln’s Legacy 💙

Dr. Toland’s grandson, Lincoln, passed away in 2018 from SUDC (Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood). Through "Love from Lincoln", his legacy continues to grow in beautiful and meaningful ways.

This year, Drew, Dr. Toland's son, is running his first marathon to raise funds for the SUDC Foundation, supporting research and families affected by this tragic loss.

Join us in spreading awareness and honoring Lincoln!
