Here’s your friendly reminder: Brushing harder doesn’t mean cleaner teeth. In fact, scrubbing too hard can actually wear down enamel and irritate your gums. Use gentle, circular motions and let the toothbrush do the work! Don't forget to come and see your dentist and dental hygienist!

Honoring Lincoln’s Legacy 💙

Dr. Toland’s grandson, Lincoln, passed away in 2018 from SUDC (Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood). Through "Love from Lincoln", his legacy continues to grow in beautiful and meaningful ways.

This year, Drew, Dr. Toland's son, is running his first marathon to raise funds for the SUDC Foundation, supporting research and families affected by this tragic loss.

Join us in spreading awareness and honoring Lincoln!

In 2018, my nephew, Lincoln Meeks, passed away shortly after his first birthday from SUDC or Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood. Lincoln was an incredibly happy child, and the depth of our grief over losing him is impossible to put into words. His impact on our family has...
