We have some spaces for our Hypermobility workshop AND one of my personal favorites, our Somatic Yin Yoga class tomorrow. The truth is, many of us find we love yoga in part because we are “good” at it. Meaning, we can stretch more easily and get into certain shapes with little difficulty.
