If your day-to-day looks like overthinking what could go wrong instead of enjoying small wins, you're going to want to follow me.

Sound familiar? That mental loop of "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios isn't just exhausting, it's your nervous system stuck in survival mode.

When you've experienced trauma, your brain becomes wired to scan for danger, making it nearly impossible to celebrate the good stuff happening right in front of you.

Here's what I want you to know: You're not broken. Your brain is doing exactly what it was designed to do to keep you safe. But imagine what life could feel like if you could actually be present for those small wins—your morning coffee, a kind text from a friend, or simply getting through the day without that heavy weight on your chest.

That's the work we do in holistic trauma therapy. We look at the whole picture—your nervous system, your nutrition, your environment, and how your body holds trauma. Through somatic work, acupuncture, and addressing what you're putting into and around your body, we help you shift from constantly bracing for impact to actually feeling safe in your own skin.

A Solution B is a holistic mental health private practice specializing in working with women who have experienced childhood trauma, in addition to stress and anxiety, which is negatively impacting their current relationships and family dynamics with an infusion of holistic care to incorporate stress relief and trauma symptom reduction in the areas of the mind, body, and home.

Reynelda Jones is the owner and currently the sole therapist of Afd Solution B in Grand Rapids, MI. She is also the content creator of her online Self-empowerment school.

Reynelda is a Licensed Masters Social Worker-Clinical, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Acudetox Specialist.
