Most people try to fix burnout and anxiety by thinking differently.
But if your body still feels tense, wired, or exhausted...nothing really changes.
That's why my approach is holistic -combining CBT, somatic therapy, and nervous system work, so you're not just coping, you're actually feeling better.
This is how you move from survival mode to feeling like yourself again.
I'm accepting new clients in Michigan, New Jersey and Vermont.

High-achieving women don’t burn out because they’re weak.
They burn out because they’ve never been taught how to build rest into their lives.

Ladies...In this corner of the internet, we celebrate high-achieving women who notice the anxiety that flared up when someone unsubscribed from their email list and challenge ourselves to recognize it for what it really is: fear of imperfection or rejection.
You know that pit in your stomach when you see the notification? It's not about the unsubscribe. It's about what your brilliant, protective brain is trying to tell you: "If I'm not perfect, I'm not worthy."
But you are worthy.
Even with unsubscribes.
Even with criticism.
Even when things don't go to plan.
Your worth isn't measured in subscriber counts or approval ratings. It's inherent. It's already there.
When we can pause and name these moments for what they are – old stories about needing to be flawless to be loved – we take our power back. We separate our identity from our metrics. We remember that rejection of our work isn't rejection of our worth. You're allowed to feel the sting AND know it doesn't define you.
💾 **Save this post as a reminder** for the next time that familiar anxiety creeps in. Come back to it when you need the gentle nudge that you're doing better than you think.

For a lot of burned-out women, “something to keep your energy up” isn’t just about food—it’s about survival.
When you’re constantly in go-mode, juggling responsibilities and pushing through exhaustion, your body often gets the bare minimum.
So something small like this can feel like relief. Like support. Like finally giving your body a little bit of what it’s been asking for.
And that says a lot about how much you’ve been carrying.
Part of the work is learning how to meet your needs before you’re completely depleted—not as an afterthought, but as something that matters.

😵💫Perfectionism tricks you into thinking you're never enough, but the truth is, you don't need to be perfect to succeed.
If you're a busy professional woman or mum constantly raising the bar on yourself, you're not alone. That voice telling you to do more, be more, achieve more? It's exhausting, isn't it?
Here's what I want you to know: your worth isn't measured by your productivity. You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to prove yourself every single day.
Letting go of perfectionism doesn't mean lowering your standards, it means freeing yourself from impossible ones. It means recognising that 'good enough' is actually brilliant. It means choosing progress over perfection, and peace over proving yourself.

For a lot of high-achieving, burned-out women, a nap isn’t just a nap.
It’s one of the only moments where your body finally gets to stop.
When you’ve been in “go mode” for so long—managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, holding everything together—your nervous system doesn’t always know how to slow down on its own.
So when you do rest, even briefly, it can feel like relief, like quiet, like coming back to yourself.
That feeling says a lot about what you’ve been carrying.
Part of the work in therapy is learning how to build more of those moments into your life—without guilt, without needing to earn them.
