Yep, ladies I see you.

INSTAGRAM VS REALITY: MENTAL HEALTH EDITION
Yep, life isn't always as glamorous as the News Feed makes it out to be.
From the outside, you might see the polished Instagram version of my work as a mind-body therapist:
Clients walking into serene spaces, sipping tea, having breakthroughs in one session, and floating out of the room with a new lease on life.
✨ But here’s the real-life version of what I do:
Many of my clients are stepping into this work for the first time — unsure, nervous, even skeptical. They ask, “Am I doing this right?”
And I remind them: there is no right way. There’s just your way.
Some sessions include tears. Others are filled with laughter, silence, movement, or even gardening.
Because healing doesn’t look like perfection — it looks like resilience, curiosity, and sometimes messiness.
As an Integrative Holistic Therapist, I work with the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system — in whatever way supports their healing best. That might mean traditional talk therapy, walk-and-talks, or sipping tea in meditation.

Reynelda Jones is the owner and currently the sole therapist of Afd Solution B in Grand Rapids, MI. She is also the content creator of her online Self-empowerment school.
Reynelda is a Licensed Masters Social Worker-Clinical, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Acudetox Specialist.
As she continues in the field, Reynelda intends to expand the practice to reach more individuals in the community.
