Practice sometimes asks the body to move in multiple directions at once.
The legs root into the ground. The spine lengthens upward. The arm reaches into open space.
Strength and expansion happening together.
Reverse Warrior invites us to stay steady while the body continues to open. Effort doesnât have to create tension. With breath and attention, it can create space.
Over time, practice teaches us how to stay grounded while still reaching for something more.
