The holidays can be full of joy, but they can also bring stress, grief, financial pressure, and emotional overload and that’s important to acknowledge. Managing your mental health during this season doesn’t mean doing more; it often means doing less with intention. Give yourself permission to set boundaries, rest without guilt, and say no when something feels like too much. Stay grounded with simple routines, nourish your body, lean on safe people, and take breaks from social media or family dynamics that feel overwhelming. If this season is heavy for you, you’re not weak you’re human. Taking care of your mental health is not selfish; it’s necessary, especially during the holidays.
