Let’s talk about what’s actually included in a session at Revitalized Massage and Wellness LLC. When you book Swedish, deep tissue, or anything in between, every session starts with a quick check-in so we can talk about your goals and what your body needs that day.

You always get to choose your music, your aromatherapy, and any modalities you want added in. Cupping, hot stones, hot towels, and Graston, all of it. There’s never an upcharge!!

We wrap up with water and a chance for you to ask questions so you leave feeling informed and cared for.

Today, I tried cryotherapy at Baja Beach for the first time. I went in at –120 degrees for 57 seconds, and I can honestly say I walked out feeling refreshed, calm, and like my lymph fluid was freely draining. I’m going to see if i can get to two minutes tomorrow!

Let's talk about Plantar Fasciitis!!

If you’ve ever woken up with sharp heel pain when taking those first steps out of bed, you may know the frustration of plantar fasciitis. That can stop you in your tracks - no pun intended! It’s one of the most common causes of foot discomfort, and it can really slow you down.

At Revitalized Massage & Wellness LLC, I see how massage can make a difference:

- Massage helps release tension in the fascia and surrounding muscles, improving circulation and reducing inflammation.
- Targeted work on the calves and arches supports mobility and eases that “tight band” feeling.
- Clients often notice relief not just in their feet, but in their overall posture and movement.

I also integrate Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and cupping into sessions when appropriate:

- Graston helps break up adhesions and scar tissue, restoring mobility in the fascia.
- Cupping increases blood flow, reduces tightness, and supports healing in the foot and calf muscles.

Ways to help prevent plantar fasciitis flare-ups:
- Wear supportive shoes (especially if you’re on your feet all day).
- Stretch calves and arches regularly.
- Avoid sudden increases in activity without proper warm-up.
- Schedule regular massage to keep tissues supple and resilient.
