I had the opportunity to attend Caron Treatment Center’s Breakthrough workshop this week, and I’m coming away feeling inspired and deeply grounded in the power of experiential work. The training was a meaningful reminder of how transformative it can be when clients are given space to explore their stories, emotions, and patterns in a hands-on, embodied way.

With dangerously cold temperatures and a major storm expected, we want to make sure our community knows there are safe, warm places available. If you or someone you know needs a warm place to stay, Code Blue shelters and warming centers are open in Berks County.

With the winter weather on the way, there’s a chance schedules may shift over the next few days. If conditions become unsafe or schools close, I may need to adjust appointments accordingly.

YWS is open to all Berks County girls in grades 6-8. Participants may attend the weekends of February 28th or March 7th. It is FREE of charge to all participants.
