Twice this month, Coach Collin & Coach Sarah had the opportunity to be a guest speaker for the “Fitness for Life” class at Penn State Berks- which is an honors level Kinesiology class.
They talked through how to feel confident walking into a gym, broke down the fundamentals of strength training, showed how to actually structure a workout, and finished with hands-on demonstrations so students could put it all into practice.
If there’s one thing we hope they took away, it’s this: you don’t need to have it all figured out to get started- you just need a plan, a little guidance, and the willingness to walk through the door.
