We had a great time representing AFC at the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance Women2Women Conference!

Connecting with so many inspiring women from across Berks County was an incredible experience. From entrepreneurs and professionals to community leaders, the room was filled with energy, great conversations, and a shared commitment to growth and supporting one another.

We loved having the opportunity to introduce more people to what we do at Alliance Fitness Center: helping individuals build strength, improve their health, and feel confident in what their bodies can do.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to chat. We’re grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive local business community. 💪

It’s an absolute pleasure for our sports performance staff to work with the 🦁 💪

The guys get after it every session and have a second to none team chemistry making each other better during the grind of the season.

The sports performance staff has been strategically keeping the players strong and powerful through the season using simple programming that’s modified as needed to make sure the athletes are getting better but not over worked.

Efforts are kept high using technology like the velocity and jump tools to maximize every rep during low volume in season work. It also allows us to quickly see when the boys are a little tired on days to make the necessary training plan modifications.
