Last week we participated in the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania Health expo. It was great to meet many new people and share resources. Our Kutztown office is located inside Friend, Inc. Community Services. Thanks to our clinicians Jen Miller and Allison Jurgensen who attended.

Alex Boyer has learned to identify, label, and use socially acceptable coping skills to manage difficult emotions by channeling them through the use of "sublimation", embracing his passion of art.
