✨ Setting Boundaries During the Holidays ✨

The holidays can bring joy, connection, and meaningful moments, but they can also come with pressure, expectations, and emotional fatigue. Setting boundaries is not about pushing people away. It is about protecting your well-being and honoring what you need.

A few gentle reminders this season:
💛 It is okay to say no. You do not have to attend every gathering or meet every expectation.

🕯️Choose what feels right for you. Whether that means leaving early, arriving late, or keeping plans simple, your needs matter.

📱 Limit what drains you. Stepping away from difficult conversations or constant communication is an act of self-care.

🤍 Boundaries are not selfish. They help preserve your energy, support your mental health, and allow you to show up more fully when you choose to.

At Everlasting Wellness, we believe caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others. If setting boundaries feels challenging, support is available. You deserve peace, compassion, and balance during this season.

The holidays have a way of magnifying everything:
our roles, our expectations, and our relationship with our bodies.

For so many moms, the postpartum and motherhood journey comes with grief, comparison, pressure to “bounce back,” and a quiet disconnection from the body that carried so much. Add in birth experiences that didn’t go as planned, and it can feel even harder to feel at home in your own skin.

Body & Soul is a space to slow down and reconnect — not to fix your body, but to listen to it.

To unpack body image shifts through motherhood.
To explore self-compassion without pressure or performance.

And to do it alongside other moms who get it.
This group isn’t about loving your body overnight.
It’s about understanding it, honoring it, and learning how to meet yourself with more gentleness.. one week at a time.

If this resonates, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to navigate it alone either.

✨ Connection. Reflection. Body compassion. ✨

✨ Tips to Destress During the Holidays ✨

The holidays can hold a lot at once. Joy, connection, memories, and sometimes stress or overwhelm. If things feel like a lot right now, you are not alone. Small, intentional moments of care can make a meaningful difference.

🎄 Simplify when you can.
You do not have to do it all. Focus on what feels most important and give yourself permission to let the rest go.

🕯️ Create moments of quiet.
Even a few minutes of stillness, deep breathing, or a warm cup of something comforting can help your nervous system settle.

📱 Set gentle boundaries.
It is okay to say no, step away, or protect your energy when something feels like too much.

🧣 Listen to your body.
Rest when you need it, nourish yourself, and notice what helps you feel more grounded.

💛 Stay connected to support.
Reach out to people who make you feel safe and understood. You do not have to carry everything alone.

✨ Give yourself grace.
The holidays do not have to be perfect to be meaningful.

At Everlasting Wellness, we believe your emotional well being matters just as much as everything else on your list. If this season feels heavy, support is always here.

We’re looking for the moms who’ve sat there thinking:
“Should I talk to someone about this?”

We’re looking for the therapist who’s been quietly debating the jump into private practice.

We’re looking for the intern who’s ready to step into the field of maternal mental health with curiosity, care, and confidence.

Come grab a coffee and chat with our Clinical Director, Michelle. No pressure. No expectations. Just honest conversation about therapy, the field, and what support can really look like.

An Everlasting Snow Day ❄️☃️

We loved seeing our Everlasting families bundle up, laugh a little louder, and make the most of a snowy Sunday together. 💙

12/14/2025

As we get into the holiday season and slowly start to welcome 2026, we pause to honor what truly makes Everlasting Wellness what it is .. our people.

To our clinicians: thank you for showing up with voice, leading with compassion, practicing with integrity, building real community, and empowering clients every single day.

Grateful for space to connect, laugh, and breathe together outside the therapy room. A huge thank you to for the amazing food to eat and to for hosting a holiday party that reminded us how grounding community can be.

Here’s to 2025. Rooted in connection, trauma-informed care, and showing up as humans first.

✨Human Rights Day✨

Today we honor the fundamental truth that every person deserves safety, dignity, respect, and the opportunity to live a life that feels meaningful and free.

At Everlasting Wellness, we are especially mindful of how mental health and human rights go hand in hand. Access to care, the right to be heard, the right to feel safe in your body and in your relationships, and the right to supportive communities are all essential pieces of emotional well-being.

Human Rights Day is a reminder that every voice matters and every story deserves compassion. It encourages us to show up for one another with empathy, courage, and respect, both in our individual relationships and in our larger communities.

Today and every day, we stand for the protection, inclusion, and dignity of all people. May we continue building a world where everyone feels valued, seen, and safe. 💛
