Some parts of grief happen quietly. 💗

After pregnancy or infant loss, many people notice moments that feel meaningful, symbols, songs, coincidences, or a sense of presence. These experiences are not uncommon, and they’re not a sign of denial.

They’re one way the brain and nervous system work to:
• maintain attachment
• make meaning after loss
• restore a sense of safety and connection

In the Still With Me workshop series, we explore these moments with compassion, without pressure to interpret them “correctly” or explain them away.

🗓️ Biweekly Sundays | 1–3 PM
2/22, 3/8, 3/22, 4/12, 4/26
📍 Wyomissing Office | Free to attend

Happy Birthday, Angie! 🎉💛

Angelique Chelton, LPC, PMH-C, CGP, CTP has been truly amazing to work with. She is the kindest soul and has been so supportive since joining us. Angie is one of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable just by being herself. She is warm, grounded, and genuinely caring, and her presence brings so much calm and safety into the spaces she’s in.

Angie understands that welcoming a baby doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes the journey includes infertility, anxiety or depression, trauma, loss, and unexpected challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or like you don’t recognize yourself anymore. She meets clients with so much compassion and zero judgment, and she has a special gift for helping people feel seen and supported through the hardest seasons.

With over 15 years of experience in the perinatal space, she brings both deep knowledge and a whole lot of heart to her work. Her style is down to earth, collaborative, and you-centered, with just the right dash of humor when it’s needed most. We feel so lucky to have her on the Everlasting Wellness team and are so grateful for the care, encouragement, and steady support she brings every single day.

Wishing you the happiest birthday, Angie. We appreciate you more than you know! 🎂✨

Fact Wednesday: Winter Blues ❄️

Seasonal changes like reduced sunlight and shorter winter days can affect mood and energy for many people, often showing up as the winter blues or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD affects about 2 to 5% of adults, and a milder form of winter-related mood changes can impact up to about 20%. Women are also more likely than men to experience these seasonal shifts. And for new and expecting moms, winter can feel even heavier. Studies suggest that women who give birth in the winter or spend their late pregnancy during the shortest daylight months may be at a higher risk for postpartum depressive symptoms, meaning the season can sometimes add an extra layer of emotional vulnerability during an already tender time.

Winter doesn’t cause perinatal depression, but it can make symptoms feel more intense when it overlaps with the physical, hormonal, and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. If this resonates with you, please know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Here at Everlasting Wellness, we’re here for you. 💛

“They sent this to me. This has to be a sign.”
“Every time I see ___, I think of them.”

If you’ve ever had these thoughts after losing a child… you’re not imagining it, and you’re not the only one. Many parents describe moments, symbols, or patterns that feel meaningful after loss.

In our free workshop, we’ll gently explore what signs can look like in grief, how people experience them differently, and how they can offer comfort without pressure or expectation.

This space isn’t about convincing or interpreting… it’s about understanding, connection, and finding what brings you a sense of peace.

Join us Sunday, 2/22/2026, from 1-3pm to learn more about the book “Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe” by Laura Lynne Jackson and hold space for making sense of it all amidst grief 🫂
