Join Everlasting Wellness’ very first support group TONIGHT!
Everlasting Wellness CEO, Amanda Hunter, created Out of the Blue after recognizing a simple truth: moms needed more support. A space where you don’t have to minimize, explain yourself, or carry it all alone. A space where your voice actually matters.
This is real, honest, peer support. The kind that meets you where you are. Nothing is off-limits, and you don’t have to have the “right” words.. just show up as you are.
What to know:
This is an open group. Come when you can, step back when you need.
Confidentiality matters: please respect the privacy of others
Meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 7pm
If you’ve been craving connection instead of pretending you’re fine, this space was made for you. 💙

For much of modern medical history, women, especially those of childbearing age were excluded from research studies.

This meant that physical and mental health conditions were often studied, defined, and treated based on male-centered data. The impact? Gaps in understanding women’s experiences, including maternal mental health.

Maternal mental health is part of women’s history. And by talking about it, supporting it, and caring for it we’re helping shape a healthier future for women everywhere. 🤍

March is Self-Harm Awareness Month🧡

This month is about raising awareness, breaking stigma, and creating space for honest, compassionate conversations around self-harm.

There are so many misconceptions about self-harm, and they can make it even harder to talk about. The truth is, self-harm is often a way of coping with emotions that feel overwhelming or too heavy to hold alone. If this is something you’re struggling with, please know you’re not alone. It might be hard to explain or even understand yourself, but your experience is real, and it matters.

You deserve support, care, and understanding without judgment. You deserve a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through. We’re here for you, always, with compassion and without judgment. 💛

Dial or text 988 if you are in need of immediate emotional support.

Starting our week reminiscing on an evening that holds so much meaning, personally and professionally, for our team 🤍

Honored to have attended the Baby Grand Gala 2026. what a truly amazing and elegant night for remembrance, connection, and the kind of community no one ever asks to be part of, yet shows up for one another so deeply.

“The worst club with the best people” truly says it all. We are so grateful to stand alongside those turning grief into purpose, love into action, and loss into lasting impact.

March is Pregnancy After Loss Awareness Month 💛

If you’re pregnant after loss, this can feel really complicated. Some days might feel hopeful, and other days might feel heavy or scary. Sometimes it’s all at once. There’s no right way to move through this. You don’t have to push your feelings aside to be grateful. You can miss your baby and still hope for this one, your rainbow baby. Both can exist together, and that’s okay. All of it is valid and all of it matters.

If you’ve been feeling alone in it, you’re not. There are people who truly get it and want to support you through it. You deserve to be supported, understood, and cared for every step of the way.

At Everlasting Wellness, our support groups, workshop series, and one-on-one therapy are here to gently walk alongside you, offering a space where you can feel seen and understood.

You are not alone in this. We’re here for you during this delicate time. 🦋🌈

Tonight we celebrated the woman who built this space with heart, vision, and a whole lot of intention 🎤✨

Amanda, you are the reason this team gets to experience a workplace grounded in voice, compassion, integrity, community, and empowerment every single day. The way we show up for one another and celebrate each other as women is a direct reflection of how you lead, with care, authenticity, and purpose.

In true Taylor fashion…Everlasting feels most definitely like a Bejeweled moment, because you’ve created a space where we all get to shine 💫

We were so happy to celebrate you the way you deserve, even if just for a moment at the end of the workday.

Happy Birthday, Amanda (Taylor’s Version) 🥂😉

Every single one of these women brings something so special to this work. They show up with heart, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making sure the people they serve feel seen, heard, and supported. The work they do is not easy, and yet they continue to show up with strength, care, and intention every single day.

This team is filled with women who are not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but who are also genuinely kind, supportive, and empowering to those around them. They create spaces where people feel safe to share their stories, begin healing, and grow. They believe in the power of every voice, and they live that out in their work every day.

And a special acknowledgment to Amanda, our CEO and Founder, whose vision and leadership created the foundation for Everlasting Wellness. Her dedication to ensuring that women’s voices are heard and supported is at the heart of everything we do, and it is reflected so clearly in this team.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Amanda! 🎉

Today we are celebrating an incredible person, our founder and CEO, Amanda Hunter, LCSW.

Simply put, Everlasting Wellness would not exist without Amanda. What began as her deep passion for supporting women through the perinatal journey has grown into a beautiful, mission driven practice that now supports so many parents, families, and individuals in our community. Her vision created this space, and her heart is what continues to shape it every single day.

Amanda has a rare way of leading that is both incredibly thoughtful and deeply human. She listens. She encourages. She creates space for people to grow, both as clinicians and as people. She believes in her team wholeheartedly and challenges us to show up with compassion, integrity, and courage in the work we do. Truly, she is the kind of leader you feel grateful for every day.

Many people know Amanda for her clinical expertise and leadership. She was the first therapist in Berks County to earn the Perinatal Mental Health Certification, and she continues to advocate for maternal and reproductive mental health. But what makes Amanda so special to those of us who work alongside her is the way she leads with both vision and heart. She mentors future clinicians, supports women through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and somehow still finds ways to lift up everyone around her. Because of Amanda, Everlasting Wellness has become more than a practice. It is a place where people feel safe, supported, and empowered in their healing. And for those of us on the team, it is also a place where we feel valued, inspired, and truly lucky to be here.

Amanda, we hope you feel how appreciated you are today. Thank you for your vision, your leadership, and the heart you pour into this work and into all of us. We are grateful for you and so lucky to be on this journey with you. Please join us in wishing Amanda the happiest birthday. 🎂💛

About Everlasting Wellness LLC and Amanda Hunter

Everlasting Wellness LLC was founded by Amanda Hunter LCSW, PMH-C, CCTP. After experiencing some challenges and developing a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder during pregnancy and the postpartum period, Amanda decided it was time to offer a specialty that not many offer, or even talk about, Perinatal (Pregnancy and Postpartum) Mental Health. After years of experience as a counselor, attending many trainings, and receiving certifications, Amanda opened up Everlasting Wellness LLC to offer services specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, surrogacy, childhood and adult trauma, PTSD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and geriatric issues. Amanda’s hope is to help provide guidance and support to live a happier and healthier life for the women and families of Berks County and Pennsylvania by offering online, in-person, phone, in-home and community setting counseling services. Everlasting Wellness LLC also offers supervision and case management. Please reach out with any questions or to learn more about Everlasting Wellness LLC.
