Hello!! I have missed you 🙏 I have wonderful news… Yoga for the Holidays is here!!

Holiday yoga is a practice that combines yoga with seasonal themes to help manage stress, find balance, and celebrate the season. It can include gentle flows, restorative poses, and a good old fashioned workout.

I will be offering an eight week virtual session starting November 16th. Every Sunday a new 45 minute recording will be emailed for you to enjoy for the week (yes the week). Each week will follow a Sun salutation flow with a twist, some restorative poses, meditations, and don’t forget a good old workout.

Balance and energy: Restores balance and boosts energy when life gets busy.
