📢📢EXCITING NEWS‼️

Join us in welcoming our newest full-time provider, Misty Colley. We are thrilled to have her join our team. She will be a great addition to our practice. Misty will start seeing patients April 1, 2025.

But thats not all, we’d also like to welcome back Dr Ken Dowler and Dr Susan Griffin. 🥳We are excited to have them back in the office with us. They will be working part time and are available for appointments immediately.

We have an immediate job opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Medical Assistant to join our team!
Full Time Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00AM-5:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
Patient intake, administer injections, vaccines, and medications, prepare and assist with patient examinations, and maintain your work area. You will also serve as the liaison between the patient and provider. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work in a variety of roles. Clinical experience preferred.

We are excited to share that Forest Family Care will be joining Ballad Health Medical Associates this Spring. This transition will allow us to continue providing the personalized care you trust while giving you seamless access to Ballad Health’s numerous specialists, and facilities and services—including access to MyChart, Ballad Health’s secure patient portal, which allows you to view your medical records, message your provider and manage your healthcare.

Susan Moore, FNP-BC, Jan Rasnake, FNP-BC, two recruited providers, and established staff will continue seeing ALL patients at our same location in Wytheville. We are committed to offering the same compassionate, high-quality care you’ve come to expect.

We would like to thank everyone for their condolences after the loss of our office manager Chris. She is already missed so much.

Our team remains strong and business is running as usual. ALL providers will remain at Forest Family Care, therefore we do not anticipate any staffing changes. All of our patients will continue to be taken care of.
