Lead Community Integration Specialist

At Bloom, growth starts with the people who pour their hearts into what they do and Rachel is a beautiful example of that. 💚

💭 Why Rachel Blooms at Bloom:
 “Because the work matters. I get to support people in living fuller, happier, and more independent lives and that makes coming to work every day rewarding and worthwhile. I feel blessed to be part of this team.”

🌟 Favorite Part of Her Role:
 Rachel loves building meaningful relationships with the individuals she supports. Watching their growth and knowing she plays a small part in their journey is what makes her work so special.

🌼 How Rachel Blooms Outside of Work:
 When she’s not at Bloom, you can find her spending time with family and friends, thrifting for hidden gems, or singing with her band. 🎶

We’re so grateful for the compassion, joy, and dedication Rachel brings to our community every day. 💛
