Finally Home Farm is a non-profit IRS 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to healing our mentally wounded warriors through Equine Assisted therapies, experiences and learning. FHF is certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) as a Military Services designated program. We partner with other equine program locations in southwest Ohio and with mental health professionals. FHF serves active military and veterans, plus police, fire and EMS warriors.

Join us Tuesday January 13 at 9am for a new monthly warrior gathering; THE SHEEPDOG COFFEE CLUB.

Military, veterans and first responders are invited to gather for coffee, conversation, community and refreshments will be served.

This monthly gathering is hosted by Dayton Midwest Shooting Center (veteran owned and operated) on the second Tuesday. The Greene County Su***de Prevention Coalition also supports this group.

Each month a guest speaker will offer information on warrior wellness resources. For this first meeting Finally Home Farm staff will share the benefits of equine assisted therapies for wounded warriors. Hope to see you there!

Dear family and friends, it's time to practice what we teach; self care is not selfish. I'm tired​ and sad, it's been a very tough year.

With that said, Finally Home Farm will be CLOSED for a holiday break, from today until after the New Year in January 2026.

Please remember the 988 crisis line for any emotional emergencies.

I'm also going to limit social media activity.

Our Story

Finally Home Farm is a non-profit IRS 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to healing our mentally wounded warriors through Equine Assisted Therapies and Learning (EAL). We are truly blessed to share our family horse hobby with our defenders and protectors. We are a military and first responder family. We understand and empathize with veteran's and street responder’s experiences. FHF is certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) as a Military Services designated program. We also have PATH certified partner program for veteran / first responder therapeutic riding. We want to help our warriors live happily, to finally come HOME from the trauma in their mind, spirit and body; you are not alone! Please help a warrior find peace and wellness.
