On this episode of Dr. Florkey says.....Screen-time is necessary for most of us and can be lots of fun, but it can be extremely hard on your eyes. It is a contributing factor in the advancement of nearsightedness in young people, it makes our eyes more dry, and create eyestrain. Rest breaks are essential for those of us that have no choice. Limit screen-time for your children to protect their eye health and vision.
