Lately, I’ve heard so.many.people complaining about feeling stuffy, having sinus issues, terrible headaches, having a gross cough, a cough they can’t get rid of, and so much more.
I really just want to walk around with a sign that says: HAVE YOU TRIED SALT THERAPY FOR THAT?!
We are not the end all be all nor are we any sort of medical treatment but dang it, we are a great alternative to so many other choices!

So I thought it was time to run this post back…
