Meet Runt! He was rescued and brought to us for rehab to be released with his sister and 2 brothers. His siblings are doing great, growing, climbing, being wild raccoons. They rely on us for a food source for now, but that’s it. They are not pets or treated as such, but then there is Runt. He has trouble eating solid food, he hasn’t grown much and has trouble climbing. He seems otherwise healthy but isn’t developing as he should. He goes for walks with his harness to help give him extra support and allows us to keep him safe when we have him climb trees ( with our assistance) and to keep birds of prey from snatching him up. He’s happy and we are happy loving on him 😊🦝
