I wanted to introduce myself to those of you that are new here. My name is Hope Cole and I have been a physical therapist for 16+ years My specialty is outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
I started Hope elevated physical therapy back in 2019 because I wanted an outlet to treat patients the way I want to without so many extraneous details, dictating the path of rehab rehabilitation.
In 2020, as it was for most people, our lives were turned upside down with Covid. Mine also included the sudden loss of my dad and the debiltating grief that came with that. Then life just got to life’n and I took a break.
Fast-forward six years later, I felt like now was the time to try to pursue this outlet again. My supportive family has allowed me to go part time at my long standing full time job. This a scary step for me, but feel like I would regret it if I didn’t at least try to pursue it.
I have a lot of dreams for Hope Elevated Physical Therapy and the services that I want to offer in the future. To truly rehab, a person’s whole wellness needs to be taken into consideration. And I have some ideas on how to help achieve overall wellness goals. For now I am just trying to get my name back out there.
