In observance of Thanksgiving Day, all Community Health of Central Washington clinics will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. We return to office on DECEMBER 1st with regular hours.

As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we want to thank our patients, staff, and community for trusting us with your care. We hope your day is filled with health, happiness, and connection.
