Renú is dedicated to bringing the best instructors, modern facilities to Yakima, Washington. We are in business to see the lives of every person who walks through our doors change, through the practice of yoga and the relationships created here. Our intention is to assist students in the development of their physical, mental, and spiritual well being from the moment you walk in. We firmly believe in first impressions; promising that you will be greeted with a friendly smile and feel right at home when welcomed by our instructors. Knowing that every student’s body is different, our instructors will provide knowledge and help guide your practice while being aware of your specific needs. The Renú Hot Yoga studio is a safe place where yogis of all levels can come together and grow. Renú Hot Yoga will teach heated hatha, blend and flow as well as non-heated hatha, blend, flow and yin classes.

Here’s how it works:
Every class you attend = 1 point for that class

SPOTLIGHT Class: Somatic Flow
Saturday, March 14 • 11 AM with Chanté

Somatic Flow is all about slowing down and reconnecting with your body in a gentle, supportive way. Instead of focusing on big poses or pushing intensity, this class invites you to move slowly and intentionally so you can notice how your body actually feels.

Through small, simple movements and soft, repetitive flows, you may start to notice where you tend to hold tension, brace, or disconnect. Giving yourself time to move this way helps the nervous system shift out of stress mode and into a place of more ease and safety.

Expect a calm, grounded practice with plenty of time close to the floor, smooth transitions, and guidance that encourages curiosity over perfection.

This class can be especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, burnt out, dealing with chronic pain or hypermobility, or simply wanting to reconnect with your body in a more compassionate way.

No yoga experience needed just come as you are!💛
