Some days feel heavier than they should.

Not because you’re weak.
Not because you’re doing something wrong.
But because you’re human… and you’ve been carrying more than people can see.

We often think we need to push harder, be stronger, fix everything at once.
But, healing doesn’t happen through pressure. It happens through permission.

Permission to rest.
Permission to feel.
Permission to not have it all figured out yet.

On your hardest days, your job is not to become a better version of yourself.
Your job is simply to stay with yourself.

That’s enough.

💛 Little reminder:
You don’t need to earn your worth by how much you endure.

✨ Try this (2-minute reset):

Pause for a moment.
Put your hand on your chest.
Take a slow breath in… and out.

Then ask yourself:
👉 “What do I need right now, not what I should do?”

It might be rest.
It might be space.
It might be a small, kind thought.

Honor that answer, even in the smallest way.

Her office was meant to be a place of safety.

Rebecca White, a 44-year-old mental health counselor, was attacked by a former patient after refusing to meet with him. She was fatally stabbed. A male client who tried to help was also stabbed but survived.

The suspect later died from an apparent self-inflicted injury. Police say the attack was targeted and remain under investigation.

Her death has shaken the mental health community and raised serious concerns about safety.

Not only does breastfeeding have amazing health benefits for both parent and baby, but not needing to purchase formula (or not needing to purchase 100% formula if you combo feed) can save your family money!

Breastfeeding isn't "free" - we often need things like a pump and pump supplies, milk storage bags, ni**le butters, breast pads, etc. But many of these expenses can be covered by insurance - check your benefits!!
