Genesis Home Health is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care to our patients. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, patient-centered environment where both clients and caregivers feel valued.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation.

Check vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.

Document care provided according to agency policies.

Qualifications
Current Home Health Aide (HHA)

Minimum of one year of experience preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

You will:
• Provide skilled nursing care according to the established Plan of Care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate findings
• Perform wound care, medication management, catheter care, and other nursing interventions as necessary
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote safety, comfort, and health
• Document accurately and timely in accordance with compliance standards (OASIS familiarity a plus)
• Travel to patient homes within the service area (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver excellence in care
