Genesis Home Health, LLC We are a Christian, community based home health. Our goal is to help rehabilitate our patients so tha Genesis was founded in Yale, Oklahoma June 28th 2009.

Since then, we've provided faith, friendship, and quality care to our patients. Genesis' main office was previously a church, but continues to be a place of healing. Genesis strives to be active members of the communities we serve, feel free to contact us about events and outreach programs.

Yale Public School Administration and Career Fair Coordinators, on behalf of Genesis Home Health, I would like to extend our sincere thanks for inviting us to participate in your recent Career Fair. It was truly a pleasure to spend time with your students and share information about careers in healthcare and the many opportunities available within the home health field.

We greatly appreciate the effort your school puts into helping students explore future career paths and connect with organizations within the community. Events like this are incredibly valuable in helping young people see the many ways they can serve others while building meaningful and rewarding careers.

When you join our patient family, we place you at the center of your own care. Giving you access to the tools and information you need to regain your independence and maintain your dignity. We surround you with qualified, screened, and bonded caregivers who are determined to help you get back on track.

Our philosophy is to provide the best quality care in the least restrictive environment, your home. By treating our patients at home, skilled home care nurses can detect complications in its early stages and report them to the physician. Genesis Home Health hopes to prevent you from having to experience any additional hospital stay or traumatic experiences. We recognize that every human being has personal rights, which must be respected. We are committed to ensuring your rights and privileges as a healthcare provider. Many aspects of our services and procedures may be new to you, but we are dedicated to making your experience with us a good one.
