For those who are interested we will be giving free flu shots (6 months and older) on Monday 10/27 from 3pm-5pm during the Candy Trail 🍭🍬Make sure to stop by our CoSquare Location or the Health Department building!! We can't wait to see your costumes 🎃

The Candy Trail maps will be available for pick-up at Gunn Memorial Library on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025. See you then!

It's Registered Environmental Health Specialist Week in North Carolina! Here in Caswell County, we are proud to recognize and celebrate our Environmental Health Specialists (REHSs) who work tirelessly to protect the health and safety of our community.

When most people think of public health, nursing often comes to mind—but public health is made up of a wide range of professionals and disciplines. Environmental Health Specialists are a vital part of that team! From inspecting restaurants and septic systems, to monitoring water quality, their work often happens behind the scenes—but it keeps us all healthier and safer every day.
