One Love Midwifery (OLM) and the One Love Community Consortium (OLCC) are proud to announce a meaningful collaboration with the American Heart Association ❤️

Together, we are expanding cardiovascular health education and emergency preparedness resources for expectant and postpartum families across Long Island.

This work is deeply personal and urgently needed. Cardiovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of maternal mortality in the United States. Right here in Suffolk County, conditions like hypertension, preeclampsia, and postpartum cardiomyopathy continue to impact families many of these outcomes are preventable with the right education, access, and support.

Through this collaboration, we are committed to supporting our community one patient at a time…bridging gaps in care, empowering families with knowledge, and working toward safer, healthier pregnancies and postpartum journeys.
