Two New Morning Offerings at Seva

We’re excited to introduce two new weekday morning classes at Seva later this month. Whether you’re looking to begin your week with ease or create space for quiet reflection midweek, these practices are designed to help you move, breathe, and settle into your day with intention.

Relaxing Flow

Mondays at 8:00am | 60 minutes | Beginning March 16 with Karolina .zbaski

Stressed out, need to stretch, want to relax? This class is designed to help you unwind while gently waking up the body. Students will be guided through a softer, fluid-like flow that includes both standing postures and restorative shapes.

The intention is simple: allow the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the spirit to reconnect. Expect a tranquil atmosphere, softer music, and a gentle sequence that is open to all levels—beginners welcome.

Slow Flow + Meditation

Wednesdays at 8:00am | 60 minutes | Beginning March 25 with Gabrielle .rossidivito

This slower-moving flow weaves gentle movement together with moments of meditation and stillness. Poses are linked with the breath at an unhurried pace, creating space to settle into the body and quiet the mind.

Guided meditation and pranayama are woven throughout the practice, inviting awareness, clarity, and ease. The class seeks to find balance between movement and stillness, allowing each to support and deepen the other.

Start your week with softness, or pause midweek for reflection—both classes are now open for registration. We hope you’ll join us.

Awakening to Change

Spring begins to stir, and with it the reminder from Buddhism that everything is impermanent. Change is not something to fear, it is something to meet with awareness.

The body shifts. Energy rises. Motivation returns in new forms. Rather than forcing growth, yoga teaches us to cooperate with it.

This season, allow yourself to grow at your own pace. No comparison. No urgency. Just attention.

March 2026 | Service Project

This March, Seva is honored to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, an organization that brings hope, joy, and life-changing experiences to children facing critical illnesses.

Throughout the month, a portion of all Seva sales will be donated to Make-A-Wish, alongside in-studio contributions.

Make-A-Wish creates magical, personalized wishes for children, giving families moments of strength and joy during some of life’s hardest challenges. Their work reminds us that hope matters—and that community support can make unforgettable dreams come true.

We invite you to learn more about their mission, the impact they make, and how wishes are granted around the world.

Staying With What Is

In the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha teaches mindfulness as the practice of observing the body, feelings, and mind just as they are, without clinging or resistance. As the text reminds us, one practices “ardent, clearly knowing, and mindful, having put away longing and distress for the world.”

February often asks us to slow down and sit with what feels unfinished or unclear. In practice, we are invited to notice breath, sensation, and thought without rushing to fix or improve them. This steady attention becomes an act of care.

Believe presence is enough. You do not need to become someone else to practice here. Yoga is a place to listen deeply and respond with kindness.

Let stillness do its quiet work.

Keeping Company With Yourself

Hannah Arendt believed that thinking is not about finding answers, but about maintaining an honest inner dialogue. She described it as learning how to “keep company with oneself." To live in a way that allows us to be at peace with our own presence.

Yoga offers a space for this kind of quiet conversation. Through breath, movement, and stillness, we learn to listen rather than distract, to notice rather than judge. The practice asks us to stay with ourselves, even when things feel uncomfortable or uncertain.

This month, let your practice be an act of integrity. A way of showing up truthfully, with care and attention.

Kindness as a Radical Act

February is often framed around love, but Buddhist teachings remind us that loving-kindness begins inward. Metta is the practice of wishing well-being for ourselves and others, without conditions.

What if this month you practiced being a little softer with yourself? Listening more closely to your body. Allowing rest when it’s needed. Trusting that care is not weakness.

At Seva, kindness is not a goal. It’s a practice.

February Service Project: Yardley-Makefield Fire Company

This February, Seva is honored to support the Yardley-Makefield Fire Company, a volunteer organization that has served our local community with dedication, courage, and care for generations.

Throughout the month, a portion of all Seva sales will be donated to Yardley-Makefield Fire Co., along with additional in-studio contributions.

Yardley-Makefield Fire Company provides fire protection, emergency response, and community education to Yardley Borough and Lower Makefield Township. Staffed by highly trained volunteers, their work depends on community support to maintain equipment, training, and readiness. So they can continue showing up when it matters most.

We’re grateful for their service and proud to support those who protect and care for our neighbors every day.
