Hi friends meet Jessica a licensed massage therapist who is new to the team but not new to the practice!
She says,” I’m passionate about helping my clients overcome pain, improve mobility and enhance their overall well-being. When I’m not massaging, getting a massage or sleeping, you’ll find me at the gym! I love the feeling after a good workout. The gym keeps me grounded, clears my head and puts me in a positive mood. My favorite saying is the gym is my outlet “to burn off the crazy!””
