As we return to work after the holidays, I would like to wish a very Happy New Year to our clients, partners, and employees.
With the calendar change comes the excitement of new beginnings and opportunity, we welcome a new year full of things that have never been. I’d like to take this time to share the HBS growth journey over the past year and what’s on our horizon for 2023.
This past year, recognizing a significant industry need to help facilitate bringing new healthcare and technology projects online, HBS – in conjunction with our private equity partner Latticework Capital Management, LLC – has augmented our service offerings through the acquisition of the following firms:
Patton Healthcare Consulting, Inc., a national consulting practice that provides joint commission accreditation, CMS compliance consulting, survey preparation and post survey support to hospitals and health systems
HTS, LLC an industry leader in providing transition planning, facility activation, and move planning services to hospitals
Barrins & Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in accreditation and regulatory compliance consulting for the behavioral healthcare industry
These acquisitions have been done with one strategic objective in mind: to create a single source consultancy that can provide the specialized expertise required to bring new projects to life—from planning and design, through activation and ongoing operations.
Our goal is to streamline the planning and delivery process for our clients’ strategic capital initiatives while boosting the efficiency and resilience of their operations and real estate assets.
We understand our clients stand at the forefront of medicine, research, and clinical care and are demanding a holistic approach to project delivery. During the first and second quarters of 2023, our focus will be on service line integration to enhance and strengthen our capabilities. In speaking with our clients, they are excited about what we are doing to provide the expertise they require to advance their businesses and improve outcomes.
