🌱SPRING WORKSHOP

🌱Join us as we welcome the energy of Spring, the season of renewal & growth.

🌱We’ll begin the evening with a grounding cup of tea and an exploration of the Spring season and its element: Wood. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Wood represents expansion, vision, and forward movement ; the same energy that encourages buds to bloom and ideas to take root.

🌱From there, we’ll move into a nourishing 2-hour Reiki-infused Yin practice guided by Jess Kramer and supported with hands-on energy work by Reiki Master Eileen Cary. This practice will focus on the liver and gall bladder meridians, supporting detoxification, clarity, emotional flow, and aligned action.

🌱Spring invites us to soften what feels stagnant and create space for fresh intention. This evening is an opportunity to reset, realign, and gently grow.

A slow, intentional flow that gently weaves into moments of yin stillness.
Some postures are held a little longer, inviting attention to the deeper tissues and the places that often get missed in faster-paced practices. The unhurried movement helps the body soften into stillness with more ease.
This class is an exploration of balance, where movement and stillness support one another, each enhancing the other in a steady, grounding rhythm.
