As I watch the generation before me get older and begin to live their twilight years and months and weeks I feel both proud and saddened. Proud to be their prodigy, and quite sad to be watching as their flames get smaller.

As they near the end of this life’s journey, I remind myself that there is more, at least my faith says so, that they will one day soon join their ancestors and be closer to God. I will miss you all, until we meet again!
