Just a reminder that there are no regulary scheduled classes next week as I will be away. If you would like the half hour mat or full hour Reformer recording for the week, please text me. I am creating them now to let you contnue our work while out of the studio. NO equipment needed for the mat class!

I love having clients tell me about their adventures. Especially when they are able to do something they haven’t been able to do in a while, go bigger/longer and recover faster.
