A life reimagined and reformed thanks to !

We invite you to read the positive testimonial of Kathleen McGirney who is now heading home from our center and more , thanks to our progressive approach to subacute rehab.

"My stay at Providence was great. The people here are so caring and truly kept my morale up. Everyone was friendly and supportive, which made all the difference during my recovery.

Providence was also convenient for me—it’s close to home and had easy parking. When I first arrived, I couldn’t walk or even move around in bed. I had no upper body strength. The physical therapy team worked with me patiently but pushed me to keep going, and thanks to their encouragement, I’ve come so far.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the people and the care I received. The nurses—Kayonna, Megan, Lala, and Theresa—were all amazing. Kayonna even noticed I was losing my hair from treatment and brought me my first hat, which meant so much to me.

The care and therapy at Providence are wonderful. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. I would give them 5 stars!"
