November 6 – International Stress Awareness Day
Stress is part of being human but when it lingers, it can quietly take a toll on our mood, focus, and health. The goal isn’t to eliminate stress entirely, but to care for yourself through it.
Here are a few small ways to help your system reset:
Step outside and notice your surroundings for a few minutes.
Slow your breathing, inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6.
Stretch your neck and shoulders.
Take something off your to-do list (yes, really).
Even a few mindful minutes can make a real difference ;)
