Tai Chi for older adults in Xenia
🌿Improve Your Balance with Tai Chi!
GCCOA is excited to offer Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, a beginner-friendly class starting Monday, March 30th.
Developed by researchers at the Oregon Research Institute, this program helps older adults improve Balance, Flexibility, Strength. Participants are shown to be less likely to fall and have less fear of falling after completing the class.
This class is for older adults who can walk independently (with or without a cane or walker).
👟Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, rubber-soled shoes.
