This weekend, Tammi and Liz completed a Hero Workout at Yelm CrossFit in honor of Daniel McCartney.
When clinicians, patients, friends, and community come together, it reminds us why movement matters. We move to honor those no longer with us. We move because we believe in the gift of movement, the value of hard work and sweat, and the power of connection.
Hero workouts are hard on purpose. Remembering, honoring, and showing up together matters. Grateful for a community that lifts each other up, pushes through discomfort, and finds meaning in movement.
