Wow. Getting to use freeze dried Rosemary and Sage from our Medicinal Herb Garden. Ground them in a coffee grinder. Going into dressing for Thanksgiving. Have to be careful and not over do these- so much stronger than any herb spice ever purchased- even the good ones!
