January 1 often means insurance changes. New plans, new ID numbers, or new deductibles (even if your insurance company stayed the same). 💸 💊

To help avoid delays at the pharmacy, please:
✔️ Bring your current insurance card (or a photo of it) when picking up prescriptions
✔️ Or call ahead to be sure we have your updated insurance on file

You may also notice a change in your copay at the start of the year. This is usually due to a new deductible or plan reset. Please know that copays are set by your insurance and we are not charging more.

We always do our best to find insurance information when it’s missing, but it’s not always possible. We truly appreciate your patience during this busy time and promise our team is working as quickly as possible to take great care of you. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing your local pharmacy.

Our pharmacy will be closed on New Year’s Day (this upcoming Thursday), but we’ll be open with regular hours all other days. Our regular hours are:
🕘 Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🕙 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
