Celebrating dedication, light, and the ripple effect of healing energy ✨
Last night I had the privilege of honoring my student Marilyn Rose Valdes over dinner, recognizing her beautiful commitment to the Reiki healing path and her generous support at the recent Holistic Summit.
When we choose to remember that we are light - as I share in my newly Marilyn Rose Valdespublished book "Celestial Lessons: A Healer's Journey to the Light and Back" - we create ripples that extend far beyond what we can see. Marilyn embodies this truth through her dedication to energy healing and her willingness to serve others on their healing journeys.
To all my students, practitioners, and those curious about bridging ancient healing wisdom with modern understanding: this is what the work looks like. It's showing up, staying committed, and allowing the light within you to illuminate the path for others.
Grateful for students like Marilyn who carry this work forward with authenticity and heart. 💫🙏

The universe whispers in moments like these.
From my window: the Hudson River flowing eternal, autumn trees ablaze with color, a full moon rising into blue sky—and I'm reminded of what I learned on the other side.
We are not separate from this beauty. We ARE this beauty.
The same light that illuminates that moon flows through you. The same life force that turns leaves gold pulses in your heart. The same river that carved these banks runs through your veins.
This is what I mean when I say the radiant reality underlies everything. It's not metaphor. It's truth.
You are earth and sky. River and moon. Light made manifest.

Still Glowing from the Holistic Wellness Summit ✨
Saturday's, Holistic Wellness Summit was more than an event—it was a profound reminder of what we all need right now: connection, love, and each other.
In a world fractured by division and fear, this gathering showed us the path forward. From powerful insights on how our devices are disconnecting us from human touch, to guided practices bringing us into Unity Consciousness, every moment was transformative.
Neale Donald Walsch's talk especially struck me: "We need each other. We need to see each other in person, look into each other's eyes, be open to the human and energetic experience of each other with open hearts."
This isn't just a conference—it's a movement. A movement reminding us that beneath our differences lies unbreakable unity. That Love is the Answer. That human connection isn't optional—it's essential to our survival.
Grateful beyond words for this experience and already looking forward to what's next. 💫
