Season 3 is starting off strong! This program teaches you to Feed Your Cells in a way that changes your physique and nourishes your body!

Another successful program in the books! Weight lost, muscle gained, goals crushed! This particular group was very diverse in activity level, age, lifestyle and location which made it a great learning experience!
It never gets old watching individuals meet fears head on and reach within to overcome. I am continually inspired by the clients I have the privilege of working with.
Wether you identify as someone who has "issues with food" or not, we all have a relationship with food good or bad. This program will surely illuminate just how healthy or unhealthy your relationship with food is and provide an opportunity to no longer let food control you.

26 individuals just completed Feed Your Cells 6 week program including 2 tracks; a Fat Loss Track and a Lifestyle Track. Both programs included meal plans, portions, education, accountability and adjustments for personal and travel. We even have a pescatarian plan and an anti-inflammatory plan for individuals with special circumstances! The results of this first program are staggering!!

Over 250 POUNDS LOST all together and a pages of testimonies of non scale victories! Improved strength, improved cardio, improved sleep, confidence restored, skin clear! My favorite victories are the trasnformations that happen deep inside where people find an inner strength they either never knew they had or they haven't seen in a long time. The transformation that happens in the mind that leads to actions can carry the most longevity.

This one quote is the entire basis of my thinking in regards to nutrition summed up in a few sentences and I am excited to passionately pursue true health beyond just the absence of disease.

I am honored to be working with an incredibly motivated and inspiring group of athletes! The current session ends the week of Thanksgiving and I will be taking more one-on-one clients at that point. We will run another group session at the New Year! I am inspired to get to be a part of helping to diffuse anxieties and identify misconceptions that may be standing in the way of individuals reaching their goals!
