This Saturday kicks off two weekends studying the respiratory system in the anatomy module of Yoga Teacher Training!

Don’t care about training to be a Yoga Teacher? No problem!

This is a fun and interactive workshop with lots of hands-on practice to get up close and personal with your sinuses, using self massage and acupressure techniques. Weekend 1 includes respiratory anatomy and the breath cycle. Weekend 2 includes assessing the breath, pranayama, and respiratory pathology such as sinusitis, a.k.a. rhinitis, asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.

Weekend one: January 24 and 25th from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM- $275

Weekend two: January 31 and February 1 from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM - $275

Have to miss part of the weekend? No problem! The workshops will be recorded and made available to paid participants by the middle of the week.

There are two spots available and a handbook has already been printed. Let me know if you wanna pop in for one weekend or both.

Sacred Space Reiki Circle is this Tuesday night, 7:15-9pm. Practitioners and reiki-curious are always welcome.

We begin with a welcome circle followed by a guided practice. Beginners are paired with a reiki master and reiki masters are supported by the facilitator.

😀 Smiles for miles! Wrapped up a photoshoot to freshen up our look for 2026.

This is my second time working with Courtney, and I would do it a hundred times over. It is a precious thing to find a photographer-stylist who is easy to work with and who appreciates my work and captures what I do so beautifully.
