Strengthen tone and length in your body in this balanced class that blends the focused precision of Pilates with light weights, mindful movement, and deep relaxation.
We will begin with Pilates based exercise exercises, designed to activate the core, build stability, sculpt the arms, legs, and glutes using light weights and controlled movement.
As the body warms, the class flows into Yoga inspired stretches to improve flexibility, release, tension, and restore balance throughout the body.
The practice concludes with a deeply restorative relaxation to calm the nervous system and allow the body to fully integrate the work.
