We’re so excited to welcome Karen Comery to our teaching team! Join her every Tuesday at 7PM for a full-body Power & Peace Vinyasa Flow designed to build strength, boost stamina, and leave you feeling powerful and energized.
This steady-paced flow will challenge you in all the right ways — linking breath to movement as you move with intention and confidence. You’ll sweat, you’ll strengthen, and you’ll absolutely love how you feel when you walk out the door.
