I remember the first experience I had with the gong.

I felt like my insides were quivering and I was floating inbetween being awake and asleep.

I felt the sound vibrations throughout my entire body.

I saw colors, images and felt an immense sense of peace I couldn’t quite explain.

I knew immediately I had to learn what the heck just happened to me.

From there began my deep dive into learning, experiencing, and craving all things sound.

The more I continue to evolve with sound, the more it amazes me.

And witnessing the experiences of others discovering its magic? Even better.

Those who know me know how much I adore sound, and I look forward to continuing to learn, experience, share, and teach for many years to come!

Join us for a sacred winter journey with tea and sound, created to support slowing down, deep rest, and nervous system nourishment during the quieter season of the year.

This experience may be supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overstimulated, or fatigued, craving deep rest and stillness, or curious about tea ceremony or sound meditation, whether new or experienced.

I spent most of this year believing I wasn’t doing enough.

When in reality…I’ve been living a very full, very human life…and honestly just doing the best I could.

This wasn’t a year of constant production.
It was a year of change, evolution, and learning to give myself a little more slack.

If you’re being hard on yourself as the year closes, let this be your reminder.

You are doing enough too.

Wishing you all rest, regulation, and soooo much joy in the year ahead.

Remember, “new year resolutions” are for the Spring Equinox…now’s the time for reflection and hibernation 🤍
