Curious about sound healing but not sure where to start?
Our Sound Training Intensive is a 2-day experience, beginning with a Friday night Community Sound Bath to open the magical weekend.
In this immersive weekend you will explore:
• Foundations of sound healing + energetics
• How to play and work with crystal bowls, metal bowls, drums, gongs, voice, and more
• Guided, supported hands-on practice
• How to create intentional and safe sound experiences
Friday (open to public + complimentary for full 2 day students) is a dual practitioner sound journey to help realign and reset your nervous system through a reiki infused soundscape of gongs, crystal, voice and more.
Saturday (Day 1) is an educational and experiential introduction. You will learn the foundations and begin supervised hands-on practice with the instruments.
Sunday (Day 2) is for those choosing the full weekend immersion. We deepen into extended hands-on practice, integration, facilitation skills, confidence building, expanded Q&A, and receive digital access to our a customized workbook.
