2025 taught us A LOT!

Individually & as a community, we have learned through experience, gained wisdom through openness, & explored both with trust.

Trust & patience have been my personal lessons throughout this year, learning where I still need to offer myself some TLC. I've leaned further into my practice these last few weeks & the theme I discovered was increases realization. Realization that wisdom arrives gently & the next step reveals itself in time. No pushing or rushing. Just divine timing ✨️

For 2026, I am inviting with intentional awareness realization, not resolution. I am extending this invitation to the entire community & offering 1/2 Priced Energy Sessions throughout January.

These energy sessions will offer a calm, supportive space to integrate what you've learned, release what's complete, & move forward at a pace that feels safe & true. Rather than striving or fixing, these energy sessions support your nervous system as clarity settles & your next steps unfold naturally.

We honored the Winter Solstice with a beautiful practice of loving our entire being, even the darkness we carry.

We reminded ourselves of the duality of this human experience & honored our journey with compassion & gratitude for all that has brought us to the lightness of this moment. ✨️

Wow!! It still amazes me when energy knows exactly what is needed ✨️🙏🏼

After planning a meditation for this morning's class, intuitive energy flowed in the most beautiful way! We settled into our physical space, grounding into our breath, and welcomed intuitive wisdom to take over.

We found our own cozy cottage with the warmth, protection, support, ease & calm we all find ourselves in need of. Being reminded that our cozy cottage is actually within us.

The Seasonal Scaries workshop was perfection 🙌🏼 a gentle mix of validation, support, & community.

Thank you to those that joined this morning!

Debunking seasonal depression & diving into all of the manifestations, particpants actively engaged with this workshop to identify with awareness their unique manifestations & patterns. Using these moments to help create a supportive daily and weekly that are flexible to meet changing physical, emotional, & mental needs.

One breath at a time. One step at a time.

Perhaps a Part II will 'bloom' this spring 😏🤭😉
