My Wellness Home...

As another winter dissolves and a new spring emerges, it feels good to think about longevity and evolution.

This is the 16th year that our wellness center has been in continuous existence in York Village (along with lots of other amazing wellness neighbors!).

Twice this weekend, I heard the phrase, "Slow is smooth and smooth is fast."

My younger brother helpfully explained that this was not ancient wisdom but rather a quote from the movie F1 (and the Navy, apparently!)

I'll just say that I appreciate the logic and the sentiment- whatever its source.
