Ever heard of your third eye? Unsure what it means? The short answer is that everything is energy (refer to your high school chemistry about protons and electrons, if you want a scientific slant) and we are energetic beings. We are in energetic conversation with each other, our environment and the wider universe.

The center of your forehead, your "third eye" (not far from the pineal gland underneath) is associated with intuition, accumulated wisdom and your "inner knowing". When you need some centering, perspective, insight or reflection, brings your palms together at your forehead, breathe and see what comes through.

One of my goals is to “walk my talk”. Self care is not something I just dispense, it’s something I need to practice for myself too!

I got a much needed massage with trigger point release with Holly Elkins, LMT. It was slow, present, responsive, deep and so healing. She was one of the first people to simultaneously connect and release the chronic issues in my shoulder blades and sacroiliac joints. What a gift!
