Morgan takes great pride in serving Seacoast NH and Southern Maine as a community midwife. Her philosophy focuses on inclusive, family based care, honest education and autonomy. Her office is located in York, ME and she supports all communities in the surrounding areas. In addition to attending home birth and providing thorough and comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care, Morgan finds her heart

called to girls and young women of all ages teaching classes in puberty, menarche and sexual education. Additionally she finds passion in providing options for women of all ages and offers gentle and respectful well person examinations, Pap smears, confidential STI and Pregnancy Testing and more. She finds that each person that comes into her practice, in whatever format they seek, become a member of the Flourish Family and she looks forward to providing loving care as YOUR community midwife!

Beginning May 1, 2026 Flourish is offering room rentals on a full or half time (3 days per week) basis at 266 York Street, York ME.

Each room will remain available fully furnished, with adjustments made as necessary to suit your needs.

While this remains home to a wellness collective, we are open to other modalities as well! Need a place to do admin, or take a nap 3 days a week? I’m your gal! 🥰

The upstairs studio space will be available free of charge to room renters on, or as a 25/75 split for those wanting to hold a workshop or yoga class etc but not needing a room! 🩶

Part time rental (3 days a week) is $325/mo and Full is $650. Includes shared bathroom, lobby, office and kitchenette. Reach out with inquiries or questions to morgan.gaines@icloud.com and please feel free to spread the word.
