Due to the impending winter storm, the following service changes are in effect for Monday, Feb. 23:

💻 PROVIDER PRACTICES: Telehealth only
❌ WALK-IN CARE: Closed
❌ WELLS EMERGENCY & WALK-IN CARE: Closed
❌ WELLS OUTPATIENT LAB & IMAGING: Closed

✅ OUTPATIENT and INPATIENT SERVICES at the main campus remain open.

🚑 As always, EMERGENCY CARE is available 24/7 at the main campus for any of your critical health care needs.
