Hey friends — I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience with Pennsylvania commercial lease law or tenant advocacy resources.

I’m currently navigating a situation with my commercial lease and want to make sure I’m handling everything correctly. I’ve already reached out to the PA Attorney General’s Office and the real estate agent who helped me secure this space, but I’m hoping to gather a few more referrals or insights from this community as well.

If you know a commercial tenant advocate, PA real estate attorney, or someone familiar with landlord/tenant procedures, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.
