Did you know we started having sammie’s of the month? This reuben has been so popular Im trying to figure out if it should stay for another month or we switch to a turkey bacon avocado sammie for April 🤔

We are baking up so many of the favorites this week. Peanut butter pie is back! Tagalongs, blueberry pop tarts, lemon bars, lemon blueberry scones, and more!

Putting together the Gluten Freedom Fest last year was a dream… and watching it grow into what it’s becoming now is something I truly can’t put into words.

Safe & Sweet is a bakery on a mission to unrestrict the diets of the restricted.

Everything you’ll find here is gluten-free and sugar-free at its roots. We also focus on offering dairy-free and vegan options whenever possible. Our traditional sweeteners include monk fruit, erythritol, and allulose.

As we’ve grown, we’ve also expanded our offerings. In 2025, we began creating select items sweetened with honey, maple syrup, or dates for those looking for more natural options. These items are always clearly labeled so there’s never any confusion.

We’re proud to be the only dedicated gluten-free bakery in York. Whether you need a specialty dessert, everyday treats, or even a gluten-free cake made with sugar, we’ve got you covered. Our talented cake decorator loves bringing your vision to life.

In addition to baked goods, we offer:
• Creative coffee drinks
• Protein shakes
• Hot lunch items
• Sammies of the month
• Freezer meals
• Savory low-carb options like garlic knots, bagels, and pizza crusts

We also carry gluten-free, non-keto bread from Erica Joy Bakes in Lititz.
