Just finished making this beautiful pair of glasses for an elderly lady who is petite and wanted something to jazz her up a little bit.
This is the perfect frame for her small stature.
Can’t wait for her to come in and pick them up and put them on 🤩

People refer to me as a “superhero”.
I feel it’s a little exaggeration, but here’s the situation today.

Gentlemen called on the phone and said his glasses broke.
He is very desperate because he is from out of town, and he is in the area because he is the father of the groom, and the wedding is tomorrow.
He said he googled eyeglass repairs in the area and Wayne Optical came up and it has five stars, so he came in.

I was able to take his lenses from his broken frame and search through my inventory of roughly 1000 frames to find a frame his lenses fit into with a little grinding and edging to make them fit properly.
He was blown away, and totally ecstatic that he had such an amazing experience and customer service. 
He thought for sure he was not going to be able to see clearly at the wedding or look like himself because he did not have his glasses on.

So again, we saved the day for another eyeglass wearing patient.
So I may not be “superman” but to this customer I was his hero !!

Patient came in today and is totally “in the doghouse”.
He stepped on his glasses that were only about one and a half, two months old.
His wife is not happy at all with his neglect.
I told him I think I should be able to get them straightened out and back to New again.
This is pictures before and after.
I think this will get him out of the “doghouse”

Not only do we make riding glasses for motorcyclist with prescription. We also do shooting glasses for the shooters with prescription.
Here is a pair of Randolph engineering frames with a gentleman‘s prescription and an orange colored lens for better visual accuracy when looking at the targets, etc.
So if you know a shooter/hunter in your life, send them in and we can help them.
