This work is for couples who are ready for truth-not surface-level conversations or endless sessions, but honest reflection, clear insight, and meaningful movement.

I’ve been offering this work quietly for several years, and over time I’ve seen a growing need for a space where couples can slow down, be witnessed, and truly hear one another without blame or escalation.

If you’re feeling stuck in repeating patterns, struggling to hear one another, or sensing something deeper wants to be seen, this offering creates a grounded, neutral container for clarity to come forward.

Sessions are intentionally extended (90–120 minutes) so defenses can soften, patterns can reveal themselves, and real awareness can land- without rushing. The focus is clarity, not dependency.

I hold a steady, non-biased space where both partners are fully witnessed. I reflect patterns in real time, pause moments before they escalate, and help translate what’s being said versus what’s being heard- bringing the conversation back into the body, not the story.

This work can be done in person or via Zoom.

This is not therapy or counseling.
It’s intuitive facilitation rooted in presence, awareness, and responsibility- supporting truth, honesty, and deeper connection, both individually and within the relationship.

My individual sessions are booked out with last minute appointments added every few weeks, but there are other beautiful ways we can work together 👏
In 2026, I’ll be offering in-person classes including Foundations of Intuition, Psychic Development, Reiki I & II, and an in-person Mediumship Retreat in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire.

Class sizes are limited to just 12 people 👏 keeping the experience small, intimate, and deeply supportive.

The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind - let’s talk about it! 💫

I could never have expected the level of growth my business has experienced in such a short time. I’m deeply grateful for everyone who’s found their way here in recent weeks, and for those of you who have been on this journey with me for years. With my calendar now booked until April 2026, I’m in a season of expansion that feels exciting, inspiring, and yes - a little intimidating! Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and the trust you continue to place in me as I navigate this new territory with intention and integrity.

While I work on my upcoming availabilty, there are still ways to connect with me in the new year: in-person workshops at my York, Maine studio in January, February, and March, a second retreat in Tuftonboro, NH in May, and gift cards that can be used for sessions, classes, or retreats (with a portion of December sales donated to the Center for Wildlife in Maine).
