GROOVE DANCE is coming to Twisted Roots! 🎶💃
Friday, January 30th | 5–6pm
with Christine Kloser

Get your Groove on in this fun, inclusive, guided group dance experience—
part dance party, part moving meditation, part feel-good workout.

You’ll be guided through simple movements and rhythms set to incredible music (all genres, all vibes), then invited to move your own way.
✨ No choreography to memorize
✨ No pressure to perform
✨ Just music, movement, and permission to be yourself

Expect everything from slow, delicious, meditative grooves to heart-thumping, strength-building beats—an energizing recipe that nourishes your body, clears your mind, opens your heart, and feeds your soul.
