Let go of any tension and embrace a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace as you are “bathed” in sound waves. This deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience supports inward focus and connection of the physical and emotional bodies. Grounding vibrations and layered tones of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, along with therapeutic frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, strings & drums work to balance and align energy and regulate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Yes to THIS 👏
We are supposed to be slowing down, taking breaks, sleeping more, eating warmer, taking bundled up walks outside. It’s when we keep pushing like it’s mid July Pitta season, that the body begins to give us problems and annoyances. Yoga teaches us to hear these cries and more importantly to honor them.

An All Levels practice on New Year’s Day!

Sankalpa, the Sanskrit word meaning will, purpose and determination, is also associated with setting an intention. As we welcome in the New Year, let’s set a resolution with a yoga twist.

Join Kacy New Year’s Day to let go of what we no longer need and make room for new experiences to become the best version of ourselves. Practice will begin after we write down what we would like to let go of.

We will slip the list under the mat and flow through a detoxifying practice for both the body and mind, followed by a restful Savasana meditation.

As class comes to a close, we will all join together outside to throw our written list of what does not serve us any longer into a fire to release these thoughts into the universe for a total cleansing.
